What we require:-

1.Chinese Names of all Occupants

2.Date and Time of Birth of all Occupants

3.Floor plan of the house


Procedures:

- Master Neo Zhen Jue will personally choose an auspicious date for the Door Opening ceremony.

- A list of items to bring along to the new premises will be given to the home owners.

- On the day of Door Opening ceremony, Master Neo Zhen Jue will personally guide the home owners to do a simple ritual and carry out a Fengshui review on the new premises.

- Approximately 3 to 7 days after the Fengshui review, home owners may receive a KX Fengshui and Eight Character Report.

The KX Fengshui and Eight Character Report includes:-

1. House Sitting and Facing Position with bearings.

2. Computerized draftplan with recommendations on Furniture layout such as bed, sofa, TV, stove etc.

3. Recommendations on House colours and auspicious positions such as Luck, Water, Study and Harmony positions.

4. Auspicious dates on ground breaking ceremony and moving in.

5. Eight Character Chart of all Occupants living in the house.

6. Recommendations on favourable personal colours and career.
